2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1  Access to the bet994 platform is restricted exclusively to natural persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2  bet994 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity ("KYC documents") at any time and to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory verification cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

2.3  You must be a resident or visitor to Bangladesh and must not be using the platform from any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of bet994 complies with local regulations in your location at the time of play.

2.4  The following individuals are ineligible to register or maintain an account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, or agents of bet994 or its affiliated entities;
• Persons who have been self-excluded or excluded at the Platform's discretion;
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual or entity without prior written consent from bet994.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1  Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2  You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth, and any other fields marked as mandatory. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs). bet994 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared, lost, or failed to adequately protect your login details.

3.4  You must notify bet994 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. The Platform may freeze the account while the matter is investigated and may require additional identity verification before reinstating access.

3.5  bet994 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of this Agreement.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1  All financial transactions on the bet994 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

4.2  Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers via participating Bangladeshi financial institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. bet994 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment account used must match the name on your bet994 account.

4.3  Deposits are typically credited to your bet994 account within thirty (30) seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. bet994 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4  Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during normal operating periods (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. bet994 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.5  bet994 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bet994 accepts no liability.

4.6  All funds deposited into your bet994 account are held for the sole purpose of placing wagers on the Platform. Unused balances may be withdrawn subject to applicable verification requirements. bet994 does not pay interest on account balances.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1  bet994 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

5.2  Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, the full required turnover must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion's terms.

5.3  Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic strategies, collusion, or multi-accounting will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of derived winnings, and potential account suspension.

5.4  bet994 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying wagering in progress shall be honoured under the original terms where reasonably practicable.

5.5  Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method account. Players found to be circumventing these limits will have their bonus balances voided.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1  All sports bets placed on bet994 are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published in the Platform's Help Centre. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail for that bet type.

6.2  Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet slip is submitted and accepted by the Platform are the odds that apply to that wager. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; the accepted odds are binding once confirmation is displayed on screen.

6.3  bet994 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical fault, human error, or data-feed malfunction. Players will be refunded the stake amount for any voided bet.

6.4  Casino games, crash games, and live dealer tables on the bet994 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) or live human dealers. The outcome of each game round is final once results are displayed. Disconnections during a live game round are governed by the relevant game provider's disconnection policy.

6.5  The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any device that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

7.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet994 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to misrepresent your location;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bet994 staff or other players;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing a third party to operate your account.

7.2  Where bet994 reasonably suspects any prohibited conduct, the Platform may immediately suspend the account, freeze all balances, and conduct a full investigation. bet994 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required.

7.3  If an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, bet994 may permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets linked to the prohibited conduct, and forfeit the account balance. The Player will be notified of the outcome and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1  All content on the bet994 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, and game assets — is the proprietary material of bet994 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from bet994.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

9.1  The bet994 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, continuously available, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet994's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3  bet994 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if the Platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4  bet994 accepts no liability for losses arising from your reliance on information, statistics, or odds displayed on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies or delays.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1  bet994 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2  bet994 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and appropriate organisational security measures to protect your personal and financial data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

10.3  bet994 may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and law enforcement authorities where required by law or necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

12.2  You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

12.3  This Agreement and any dispute arising from or in connection with it shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance before pursuing any formal proceedings.

12.4  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
